[Solved] Strange Behaviour in Firefox and Opera 1 Year, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
I only purchased this today so I am still working my way around it. It seems to work in IE and Chrome okay. In FF and Opera when the events page loads, it loads okay. As soon as you try to do something like change from Month to Day or Week or Year view, or if you try to go forward or back a month it changes the whole page. The calendar reads backwards (counting from right to left), the print/Subscribe/Download icons move to the left, the search button moves from the right to the left, even the dropdowns on my menu bar align right instead of left.In FF it even changes the font size in my menu. I do not have any plugins installed and no events, I have just added 5 categories.
If you want to see for yourself my site is; www.search4campgrounds.com/
Many thanks,
Keith.

Keith,

The right to left issue is a Joomla template issue, not a Zap Calendar issue. The same behavior will happen if you click on the print button for an article. To correct it, copy the component.php file from the templates/ja_purity folder to your custom template folder.

I look forward to seeing your site when it goes live. I have a popup camper myself!

Thanks that worked perfectly.
Before I found the problem and e-mailed you I was playing with hte program and there was a couple of things I could not work out. One was how to get the categories showing at the top and the other was having a link for people to add an event.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Keith.

Install either the Zap Controller plugin or module. The plugin displays right above the calendar. The module displays at any module position.

For adding events from the front end, check the Zap Calendar global settings and the view's icon settings.

Okay, thanks. Didn't realize there had to be an event in the category for the category to show. Makes sense when you think about it.
